This 2004 Pace-American model JT716TA2 enclosed trailer has had one owner. Used for construction/tool storage. We added a sturdy wood shelf system with plywood top at convenient table level. There is also pegboard on the wall above the table. Trailer pulls smoothly and is in working condition although some extra features are not working. Please read all details, as this is being sold as is. Florida title is in hand and fully transferable to buyer. VIN# 4FPUB1621Floor and frame are solid. Trailer has never been involved in an accident. Good tires and wheels, bearings have been repacked within the last few years. 2 5/16" tongue locks properly on to a bumper hitch. Trailer jack was replaced and is working well. The trailer is equipped with trailer brakes, but the control module on the trailer is missing parts and needs repair. Main running/brake/turn signal lights are operational, but several of the small lights on the outside of the trailer are missing or broken. There was also a ceiling light with switch inside the trailer that is broken. Rear doors are operational and can be locked with a padlock, but the wood on the inside has significant water damage. Side door works well and is lockable, but no key is available- it has to be locked/unlocked from inside the trailer. Finally, the aluminum skin on the trailer had vinyl decals that were removed, but outline of decals is visible. There are also some dents, punctures and scratches as can be expected from being used on construction sites.
