Located on the Eastern side of the peninsula it is insulated from the classic fog and chill of the Pacific Ocean. There is a mix of condos and classic Victorian architecture, with sprawling parks sprinkled around. Head to 18th street to find shops and cute eateries. Many music venues are located nearby, as well as the Anchor Brewing Company. The area is known for its skyline views, sunny weather and close proximity to offices, shopping, dining, entertainment and freeways.
