6 Sheboygan Chair Company Bow-Brace Back Armchairs.  This is a local pick up only listing.

　　I’m located in South East Kansas. 1.5 hours from Pittsburg Ks and same from Wichita.

　　I’ve lived here about 2 years now. I’ve learned long drives are part of Kansas life?Chairs are in good 100 or so years old condition. I have included photos of all 6. Each chair is shown front first. The next one or 2 photos either show worst wear or damage on chair or an alternative view if there is no wear other than general signs from 100+ years of use and storage in Kansas environment. This specific model 1116 was found in a 1 company catalog but is referenced back to at least 1923 catalogs. Age of original production unknown, may be even earlier than 1923.  Some of the chairs have parts of the original labels which is how I was able to identify the maker. The full label shown is just a sample of the company labels at the time.

　　Sheboygan Chair Company was established in 1886. Per historical records it was the first furniture manufacturer in Sheboygan which became known as “Chair City”I picked up these 6 at a local auction.
