Have three Angelus Trike tricycle frames from Los Nietos, CA. We always called these California tricycles. They have a pivot plate that the front forks/handlebars connect to. These are not total. My thought was either parts or to make into cars to be pulled behind ATV or mower like a train. Just one frame has front forks and handle bars. No front tire at all. These are extremely rare and are being sold as parts device only.
