This is virtually a new commercial grade treadmill. It is very high quality, sturdy and reliable. It has been very well maintained and all electrical and peripheral components have been replaced under Icon Fitness warranty. I have receipts and maintenance records. I just purchased a new treadmill, so I don't have the space for this one anymore. The original purchase price for this treadmill was over $2,300.00. Will sacrifice for $500.00.
