Hello I’m selling a nice older houseboat located on the lake of the ozarks in Missouri. Located at the 19 mile marker near all kinds of restaurants shopping and all other amenities nearby. I have owned this boat for a few years and find that I don’t use it that often because of work. I purchased this to use as a condo on the lake witch it’s a lot more affordable than any condo at the lake . The boat is in working order and the slip can be transferred to new owner. Slip fee per year is $7500 that includes power -water- trash- pool and shower facilities. The boat has a bath and a half but I never used it because there no facilities to pump waste out . The shower house has restrooms as well. Boat slip is paid until October 2024 and that is included in sale . You would not pay for lease until October. I have a clean title and there is no trailer and the cost to move this boat to another lake is expensive just letting you know. Thank you for your interest!
