This is Nutmeg. She is a beautiful young Mal, by way of DoD and Lackland AFB. A Military Working Dog program washout, Nutmeg needed nothing more than a good home and strong steady Handler to dedicate some time to training. I brought her home with every intention of squaring her away, but life happens. Family changes and lack of space have forced me to make a painful, and tough decision to find her a new home.
She is a smart, incredibly athletic, and stunningly beautiful dog. She is however, stricken pretty fierce with symptoms of "stranger danger". Rapport was her issue from the very start of her career, and eventually led to her elimination from the working dog program. When encountered with an individual or another dog for the first time, she requires positive control and a watchful eye. She isn't dangerous, or violent, but she puts on a show as if she owns the world, and will spook most anyone. With subsequent meetings, she is just a rambunctious Mal.
She is spayed, and in overall great health.
She requires room to stay active, and she absolute NEEDS a dedicated home and handler.
She is ready to go when you are. Please contact with any questions.
