Purchased these chairs 10 years ago from an Antique Dealer in Colorado. Although they need new upholstery on the seats, the wood is solid oak and in good condition. I think these would make great dining chairs or would be nice to have for extra chairs for guests, but I do not have room to keep them, and Dave Ramsey says, "Sell Your Stuff" :). I paid $120.00 for the chairs and would sell them separately for $30.00 each, or all four for $100.00.
