There are only 65,000 miles on this gas powered RV. It is in good mechanical condition. We drove it to Alaska in the summer of 2013. Before leaving Florida, the unit was updated with new tires, new brakes, new radiator, new roof coating, and a new microwave/convection oven.

　　The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are in pretty good condition and have lots of storage areas. (Kitchen sink will need a new faucet.) The carpet in the living room is very dirty, and we removed the old couch and chair and replaced it with a recliner and a storage ottoman.

　　We are asking $15,000 for this vehicle and we are willing to meet you at the Minot, North Dakota airport in order to complete sale. However, we will need you to front us $2000 before we make the trip. (We will send you a signed contract of intent to sell and will effect delivery after we receive your down payment.)
