We purchased this for our little girl. The individual we purchased it from initially purchased it from Paige's Music. We bought it believing it was a violin. Ever since, we have actually discovered (with the start of school) that it is a 3/4 size viola (not a violin). It is in truly good condition. The cost on it is $200 (far less than it would cost to purchase or rent from your regional music shop). It is an authorized design for any of the school orchestras. Comes with original case and bow.
