Posting for a friend. They moved and cannot have a pet there. Currently I am fostering him, but I cannot keep him and it breaks my heart. His name is Scooby and is super friendly with people and other dogs. He's not big on cats, which is one of the reasons why I can't keep him permanently. Up to date on vaccinations. I posted this with a rehoming fee, so he goes to a loving home.
