I am updating my garage door openers to network compatible openers. the old openers are in good condition and work fine however expense me 75 % of new price to update. These openers are chain driven, and come with 2 remotes and an outside keypad. They are 1/3 hp, and model 170-7 developed in November of 1994. they are probably better hardware sensible than the replacements but of course are 20 years old. I have all of the safety beam components. however understand there is issues with among the security beams.
