1977 Raider fiberglass. Hand-laid fiberglass watercraft- tough as nails. Sealed decks with scuppers fore and aft- an exceptionally safe Inlet watercraft. Special hinged bow permits simple beach access, along with hauling internet or longline. Walk- with cabin permits simple access to bow location. Powered by Mercruiser 5.7 liter V8 (Chevy 350) with Bravo II outdrive. Just recently rebuilt 4 barrel carb. Remarkably good fuel economy- around 16 to 18 gallons/hour travelling at around 21 knots. I purchased the watercraft in about 2005, and the previous owner had actually worked with Marine Services in Homer to reconstruct the engine and outdrive, after which he trailered the watercraft and didn't use it. I've put only around 200 or 300 hours total on the watercraft ever since. I likewise lifted the decks and removed the saturated foam, re-fiberglassing the decks.
Twin axle steel trailer requires some TLC, but is structurally sound.
The watercraft is not a charm queen, however hull is in fantastic shape except for small scratches from trailer roller concerns. Topside can make use of some some TLC, however absolutely nothing significant.
Call my cell above for even more information- I will certainly captivate any offers.
