Great for supported backbends to sooth hunched shoulders and back, assists in deeper forward bends. I do not have the pillow shown on the website, but you can get them separately. Bought new in 2000 for $450ish, but it has seen some wear over many moves (minor cosmetic scuffs & dings) and I am highly motivated to sell (trying to pay for tooth repair). Make me an offer.
