　　the speaker magnet through the hole in the armrest cover and then

　　sandwich the speaker flange between the armrest cover and the speaker

　　cover. When you place the speaker flange on the top side of the arm rest

　　covers instead of below it, it moves the speaker upwards and the

　　speaker magnet will have adequate clearance.
