Fresh Water 24' Lowe Pontoon Boat Project with 150 HP Mercury outboard. 150 HP Mercury Outboard starts and runs but has low compression in one cylinder.  The deck is in great shape, check out the picture of the under side. The right front pontoon was dented but has been aluminum welded where there was a small hole. This does not effect the running of the boat. Furniture and carpet need to be replaced. The outboard alone repaired, is worth $5000 or more. Fix it, or sell it and use the deck as a barge.  The furniture has the polymer bases so no worries about rotted wood, just recover the seats, the foam is good too.
