　　Back part of toyhauler is partitioned off so you dont have to share sleeping quarters with gas fumes.

　　Garage area is 7x10.

　　I use it to haul a polaris rzr xp900.

　　Excellent condition for its age.

　　Has been stored inside for majority of its life. All appliances are in good working condition,

　　microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toiet, sink, and tub.

　　Has air conditioning and heat that runs from central thermostat.

　　Lots of cabinetry throughout for extra storage.

　　Also a lock box has been added to the front to house an air compressor that has been plumbed to the back with a 100' hose reel.

　　Also has outdoor shower and awning.
