Senior owned, selling for health reasons. Selling tow dolly with motorhome. Had absolutely no problems driving through mountains.Used the tow button, tow vehicle was a VW Passat.  Gas mileage around 8 miles to the gallon.  Motorhome was always maintained by dealer/Ford.  Closed under belly, heated pads under gray and black water.  Two 32" TVs (one outside one in bedroom), and one new 42" LG smart TV in living area. Motorhome is ready for solar hookup as well as cable. Has two air conditioners, one in bedroom and one in living area as well as auto 30,000 BTU gas heater. Residential refrigerator, convection microwave, two gas burner with one induction burner. Lots of storage inside and out.  Bench dinette has large drawers for storage. Kitchen has pantry with drawers, living area has cabinets, lots of cabinet and drawer space in hallway and bedroom.  Bathroom has large two door cabinet for towels and extra toiletries, as well as large medicine cabinet and cabinet under sink. Has good counter space in kitchen and bathroom. There is a gas hookup outside for a propane grill. Also an outside shower. On demand hot water heater. One full wall slide, built in skylight with shade in overhead bunk.  Bedroom has queen mattress that was never used as a foam mattress was used on top of it.   Dinette and couch can be made into beds. Powered 16' awning with LED lighting and all 4 levelers are powered. Two ceiling vents have covers. Auto Onan gas generator. Motorhome has rear and 2 side cameras. Coach was inspected by dealer prior to being parked for winter. Roof was fine no leaks, the slide was re-sealed no leaks, all lights on coach in working order, as well as powered awning and levelers. Coach was also winterized by dealer. Ford, prior to winter, changed oil in both the generator and engine. Filters where checked and are all fine. There is also a transferable warranty that is good until 10.2024.  We had two rescue kittens in the coach that were not declawed and left little tiny puncture holes on both front seats and armrests as well as some on the side of the couch. Other than this the coach is in excellent condition and ready to go. Will consider reasonable offers.
