Pickup only in Blacksburg, VA or we can meet somewhere relatively nearby. This is an amazing frame and suspension design that rides well at bike parks and singletrail.Commencal frames are renowned for their sturdiness and are basically unbreakable. This bike is mechanically sound and has a ton of years left in it and is truly elevated by the coil shock - see notes below. This is a ridden bike and as such has a few scuffs and marks, nothing that concerns the integrity of the frame or components. One dent on the rear wheel which has been okay'd by Cardinal Cycles in Roanoke to not compromise rim or tubeless integrity.Fork rebuilt Nov 2022.Shock new 2021 though has realistically had 3-5 months riding on it since owning. Both Brakes bled and new pads fitted both ends July 2023.Bike received a general service in Novemeber 2022. No bearing wear of note in headset or linkage. The bottom Bracket was in good order.Upgrades and component notes listed below:200mm SRAM rotors front and rear.Tubeless setup with Mucoff valves2021 Sram Code R front and back2021 DVO Jade X Coil shock with 475/575 DVO progressive coil. (This shock has 100% brought this bike to life. My opinion is that the Meta Am 29 frame is designed with coils in mind but Commencal shifted away from them OEM because of stanchion wear on thinner Fox shocks that they had fitted originally. DVO have oversized stanchions that are suited to these linkages. Shock was rebuilt from factory by DVO NZ who service EWS riders as part of their default sales package).Oneup 150mm Dropper post - serviced November 2022.Rare "Wide Open" top cap from NZ to flex on all your friends with."Rare" Queenstown Skyline lfit sticker on the forks to give you that siiiick strava time boost.Raceface Atlast pedals wtih plenty of life left in them.Assegai front tyre with plenty of life left.Rear Hans Dampf that would probably last a season but if you're aggressive probably less.Plenty of life left in both front and rear brake padsFront right "cable frame plug" disintegrated a few weeks back so if you're riding in wet conditions that would be worth replacing. Cheap enough to replace, just bundle it with a service as they'll need to take out brake and shifting cables to do so.Frame wrap on downtube, top tube, seat stays, and chainstays is in place but is fairly worn and due to replace if you are interested in the aesthetics. Otherwise functionally fine.
