I bought this bike brand new in February 2019 and immediately went to work. I'm likely to forget some of what I've done, but I started with a Wood Performance WM8-22XE Cam, and replaced every H-D part in the cam case. The cam plate, oil pump, lifters and lifter cuffs are S&S with Screaming Eagle
adjustable pushrods. The Air Intake is S&S with Full Sac Head Pipes and S&S MK45 mufflers. The engine is dyno tuned. There's been a full suspension upgrade with Legend AXEO cartridges upfront and Progressive 990s in the rear. The factory rotors went away in favor of Brake-Tech upfront and Ferodo in the rear and the calipers were replaced with Beringer, using Kraus mounts, front and rear. I custom made the brake lines with black Stainless Steel tubing and stainless fittings. All lenses are smoked, and I assembled my own black out kit, saving just enough shiny parts to balance the lines and look of the bike. There's no shortage of Kraus parts, to include the foot boards, highway boards, tank cover, primary cover and likely a bunch of other Kraus stuff I'm forgetting. I dealt with the known issue of oil migration between the transmission and primary, added a Fueling Oil Tank Vent with breather tube. Oh, and I haven't mentioned the BST Torque-Tek Carbon Fiber Wheels, Bridgestone BATTLECRUISE H50 tires, Sony XAV7000 Sound System with some incredible speakers (can't remember which ones I used), H-D LED headlight with LED markers and turn indicators, much better windshield, new mirrors with drop down mounts, new handlebars, cruise control and H-D alarm.
All-in-all, this is a bad ass bike and I'm wishing I hadn't hurt my back.
