Unit is exceptionally clean inside and out.  TV, rear camera, deluxe cover also included along with electric cord and water hose.  Purchased one year ago from an elderly couple who used it only annually for travel between their Ohio and Texas homes.  Spent its overnight travel time mostly in Walmart parking lots.  I, as the present owner, have only used it only once for a 4 day, 3 night stay.  2023 new cost is 50K plus.  Thank you for your interest and please feel free to ask any questions.
