This is a rare beauty!  Bought new in 2015 in SF/Bay Area for US$20,000.  New Norton's today are only being sold in the UK and are going for US$21,100. The bike is completely stock and includes original manual, pillion and a cover. My now deceased husband was a Brit and this was his 'dream' machine however he only got to ride it briefly, hence the low mileage.  It's been recently serviced and registered in California.
