2015 Nexus 29Viper class B.  This motor home is one person owner. Non smoker.Currently located in Kanosha, Wi.Spent majority of it camping in south east New York. It has black and grey water tanks. 3 years ago I had the lifetime roof coating installed. Unfortunately the lifetime is for original owner. Splenda washer/dryer in bedroom. The air ride was added during covid and roof coatings. Cummins RVQG 4000 generator 100 hours.Air vent In bedroom .Bedroom is for a queen size. 50 inch tv living rm, smaller in bedroom. This spring I put the following new items to motor Home:1.Colman Ac2.Three new awnings 3.Norco refrigerator/freezer all new pump and cooling fin system.4.rebuilt bedroom floor. Fixed trim leak.5. New heat coil in hot water tank.6. New co 2 detector7. New main engine battery. The coach batteries were replaced 2 years ago. 8.
