This Primetime is a 36 Foot 5th Wheel. It has 3 Slideouts that are power retractable. It has a 18 foot awning that is also power retractable. This unit is Aluminum with fiberglass sidewall construction.

　　There are 2 propane tanks 14 galloons each with a 60 pound capacity. The Front leveling jacks are hydaulic, and the rear leveling jacks are electric.

　　The 2014 Sanibel 3050 has a 30,000 BTU Automatic air conditioning center.

　　This unit has been pulled for maybe 100 miles and used only 5 times.

The Warranty For The Fabric and exterior jell coating expires IN July Of 2018, The appliance Warranty expires in July 2020 and can be transferred AT NO COST TO NEW OWNER!

　　There are two small,very minor flaws, in the bathroom flooring is a cigarette burn mark.
