We have only used this camper on one trip from WV to TN. The camper still smells new. We have kept it covered since the trip last year. It was also properly winterized before covering. We never even used the stovetop or the awning. The stereo, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, sink, toilet, shower, and lights all work well. There is no issue with the camper, we just do not have time to use it. We have all of the owner manuals to the appliances and the Travel Trailer owners manual. We also have the sewer hose and donut, electrical cord is in the side of the unit, a hose for fresh water connection, and a block of wood for set up in an RV park.
