It has six brand new TOYO tires, and we recently had a full service performed by a local CAT dealership. All the fluids, filters, and belts were changed on the coach at this time, as well as a full inspection of the drivetrain and axle components. All were in excellent condition. The slide boxes have recently had all of the slide topper awnings replaced in 2024. We also had the bedroom mattress and frame upgraded from a queen to a full king size bed. The unit has a direct TV satellite package as well as a brand-new wine guard 360 that was just installed. The front captain chairs, as well as the recliner and couch, were upgraded to newer year model seats with updated leather packaged from a 2016 Style. All the appliances work perfectly. The coach drives and operates very well. The Aqua Hot system works very efficiently and keeps water hot and continuous. The washer and dryer also work very well, cleaning and drying clothes very quickly. The coach has an installed sewer macerator pump system for those campsites that need to be pumped.
