I retired in 2020 and happened to see this privately for sale by the southern owner in N. Carolina. I noticed it was stored inside out of the elements and the pics showed it made a huge difference in condition. I also had prior experience with the Workhorse/Allison Chassis on 6 of the trucks I used in a route delivery business I retired from. Seemed to be rugged, dependable, and easy on the wallet, economical too. Drives and runs like new averaged 14 mpg on trip back from N Carolina. Perfect size for getting around easy and driving comfortably. Heated remote bus mirrors are great. All manuals, remotes, and documentation for everything. Replaced all run lighting with sealed LEDS. I have serviced with oil, fuel and air filters, installed a block heater, upgraded inverter from 900 watt to Xantrex Freedom 458 with control panel inside coach. Improved float charging with PowerShare technology. Also serviced diesel generator oil, fuel, air. Everything works as it should. Pirelli's are like new, it is winterized, includes 3 power cables, extra wheel cover, All remotes are there. Factory towing. Runs shifts new, straight and tight.  All literature for everything, It has never touched a New York road in the winter. Hard to find one this clean and if could find one an RV dealer would have it priced 10k or more higher. All systems work as they should. Wife not ready to retire for another four years. That is too long to sit money would be put to use for home improvements put off too long. I have a dealer's license in New York State (New York State residents will need to pay sales tax unless exempt). I will provide you the clear Alabama title and MV50 transaction document you provide insurance proof and you're ready for DMV. I will also assist before during and after in any way I can.
