Beautiful condition,solid top of the line unit ready to roll,sleeps 4. Just make trip to Smokey mountains performed flawlessly. Only 23 k miles on GAS  6.0 bulletproof Chevy engine. All 3 batteries are 2023 date code, front tires are dated 45 week 2019 rear tires are 2022. Generator has 160 total hours. Roof is completely fiberglass as is all of the shell, if your looking at this you probably know a little about these units if not please look online and look at a few youtube videos about how well they are built. Anywho the roof seams were resealed and the whole roof was repainted and clear coated under my ownership due to clear coat being sunburnt .As of now have not been able to get refrigerator to operate on lp gas ,only on 120 and 12 volt. When the A/C unit runs it has a rumble noise (the A/c gasket was replaced early 2023 by previous owner I would imagine poor workmanship) I purchased upper and lower radiator hose but my mechanic said they were recently replaced as was the serpentine belt .Last but not least had slight water intrusion to exterior storage bin in back ofthe unit added additional weather stripping but still got a little after big Florida rain.Probably need to order new one from manufacturer. I put a 3/8 hose in the gap an nothing goes in as of now. I have driven her approx 3200 miles and I averaged 11.2 miles per gallon doing 75 to 80 miles per hour. Drives like a Suburban. On last trip to Tennessee was able to use everything, heater,hot water a/c shower stove etc all in great working order. Only reason I am selling is because the Wifey just not that into it. Also the unit is under 10 ft high so can fit into many warehouse garages. Reserve is very reasonable please do not ask what iIf you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
