Just push the button and the trailer lifts up or down on the front hitch. This air-conditioned unit sleeps 8-10 comfortably with 3 queen drop down tent beds. Each bed has the ability to plug in heating within the mattresses and I will also include the individual ceiling 12/volt fans for hanging above each bed. It really keeps the air flow nice for sleeping. The beds are located on the front side and rear of the trailer and are easy to lower and set up. The table also folds down into a bed for additional sleeping quarters or we used it as a lounger / couch. The unit has a nice sized bathroom with a wider entry door floor pedal flush toilet vanity sink mirrored medicine cabinet and nice shower with black bear and cub shower curtain. The 5 gallon hot water heater runs on electricity or LP gas. The kitchen has an electric or gas run refrigerator a double sink a 3 burner stove top with oven (used twice) a microwave above sink and an awesome entertainment center that has speakers inside and outside the unit. We would project movies outside onto the side of the camper and have a great outdoor movie theater. As I said before the kitchen dining table with two benches fold down for additional sleeping with storage cabinet under one seat. Other bench seat houses water tank that hols approximately 31 gallons. There is a large floor to ceiling pantry in the kitchen cabinets over the dinette cabinets under the bed and overhead of bunk compartments. Plenty of room for the whole family and all that stuff you seem to drag along camping. Outside is an drop down 13' awning which is very easy to put up with one person. The TV antenna lifts up on the roof from a crank lever on the kitchen ceiling very easy set up. A gas grill mounts to the outside for cooking outdoors. There are two lp gas tanks and one battery. There is a small outdoor shelf that goes by the grill and matches the interior counter tops. Four stabilizer jacks are cranked down from each corner to make this sturdy with movement and foot traffic. Unit is in great condition. I have also installed a decorative sliding divider curtain to close off the side and rear beds from the front. Makes a great changing room for hitting the pool or beach. The whole camper is decorated in a Northwoods / Black Bear theme. All decor goes with the camper. With this unit you will be set to go. I will even throw in the two matching cream / green comforters with pine cones. Just grab you pillows and you are ready to hit the campgrounds. This camper is also included in an EAA Rental program in Oshkosh to provide housing for airshow quests. Earns $600.00 per year for the one-week rental.
