Sink, soap dish, toothbrush holder, and mirrored medicine cabinet Lots of storage: wardrobe closets and vanity area storage shelves and cabinets Small side window and overhead vent with fan MASTER BEDROOM Queen size bed that lifts up for under bed storage Nightstand with drawers on each side of bed Lots of overhead storage cabinets and 2 wardrobe cabinets 2 large windows with dual purpose shades (one is translucent, one is for privacy) Second entrance door with fold-in handrail and fold-up steps Ceiling vent New fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarmExterior Details: Hitch fits 2-5/16" ball for towing 2 refillable gas tanks (supplies hot water, heating, stove, oven, and refrigerator is optional if camping without electric hook-ups) Battery next to propane tanks. Huge pass through storage area accessible from either side and locks. This area is located underneath the bed in the master bedroom near the front of the travel trailer. 2 grey water tanks, 1 black water tank (read bathroom section for specifics and bonuses!) Hand tool for slide out (in case camping without electric) Stabilizing jacks on 4 corners of travel trailer Outside lights and speakers Awning Bars installed but NO awning. There was one previous owner before me and upon speaking to him, he suggested not getting the awning replaced. He lost two with a quick gust of wind so encouraged a free standing outdoor cover which worked perfectly for me and doubles when I want an outdoor area when I am not using the camper. This also allows for more options when setting up in unique areas where the extension of the awning may be unusable as it takes up much room. With a separate area you can place it where it makes the most sense wherever youre setting up. I did price new awnings through Camping World and they were about $400-$600 depending on your fabric selection. 4 BRAND NEW TIRES! Covered spare tire Rear bumper can house hoses for water tanks, but my experience was that there are too many tank hoses since there are 3 tanks so that is why I used the trash can for hose-storage, which travels safely in the bathroom Outdoor Shower Canopy covered slide-out to prevent damage in the most vulnerable area
