2006 Tiffin Phaeton 35DH Diesel Pusher Motorhome with only 35k miles. Overall length is 35 feet. This is built on Freightliner chassis, paired with a 350HP Cat engine and Allison transmission. Runs and drives excellent, does great on overpasses, no problems towing up to 10k lbs. Mechanically it is solid and ready to travel.Full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, pull out sofa sleeper, 2 slide outs, 8k onan diesel generator, two electric awnings, lots of storage, slide out compartment tray, blind spot cameras, backup camera, etc.. Interior is in great shape and clean. No pets or smoking. The exterior is clean as well but does have some cosmetic flaws such as some faded clear coat, scuffs, fogged side glass.Fluids are in good shape, tires have great tread with date stamp 2018, house/chassis batteries are good. All appliances and systems have been gone through and work well.This coach has a salvage title due to previous storm damage claim(water/flood damage).
