,,,....I use a 2005 1/2 ton Chevy Silverado pickup with a V8 and it has always towed nicely, including during multiple crossings of the Eastern Continental Divide.The master bedroom has a queen bed, the rear bunkhouse contains two single beds, and the kitchen table converts into a double bed. There is a spacious walk through bathroom in the front with a large shower. Numerous cabinets and drawers provide storage for clothing, towels, beach gear, etc.The wear and tear is what you would expect from normal family use and regular annual maintenance. Options and equipment include: ducted roof air conditioning, ducted heat (both furnace and AC are thermostat controlled), ceiling fan, refrigerator (runs on either gas or electric), microwave oven, conventional gas oven, three burner gas range, am/fm stereo, surround sound speakers, awning, winterizing kit, outside shower, propane grill, aluminum wheels, and a bumper mounted bike rack.
