The trailer is in reasonable condition. It has fading and some scratches on the repainted surfaces. Has recently had a new rubber roofing system set up. Because the previous owners were cigarette smokers and had pet dog, the within requires a good cleaning. The dog chewed one corner of cabinets (see picture). The awning fabric needs replaced. Vent fan above shower does not work. No window blinds or shades. Little window in rear was exposed and got paneling wet (see image). Tires are in excellent condition. Ac system / Heat pump works well. Has power vents with covers. Heated and enclosed tanks. Water heating unit is electric or LP. Refridgerator is electrical or LP. Has Washer and dryer hookup. Dimmers on lights.
