I am the second owner, I lived in it spring 2021- July 2023 with my dog and cat. Converted to a home-like space, yet is still ready to hit the road. New tires 2021. Very clean, and well maintained. Non-smoker. I’ve made the price lower for this reason.**replace 12”x12” plastic vents (1 is broken, recommend replacing all 3)Needs annual maintenance of roof sealing/window sealingPlease note the outside pictures with undercarriage covered is not permanent and was for winter insulation. The 1st photo is what it looks like without. This is an amazing trailer with tons of storage and space. Ideally a good tiny home.
