THIS 3-WHEELED, TWO PASSENGER, ScootCoupe is everything you need for brief in-town trips and weekend enjoyable. It will go up to 25 miles per hour and gets 75 MPG. It is street legal !! I purchased after seeing them on the streets of Mexico. Bought in 2011 (title shows restored) but ran fine for me. Has been garaged for past 2 years so of coarse it would not begin. Put brand-new battery in however it is still not running well ... which explains the low asking price. Needs an mechanic owner, or someone with a good mechanical pal due to the fact that I make certain not! 2084 Miles on it.
