This is my personal boat, I purchased it in 2020. It has been maintained well and needs very little to be absolutely pristine! I replace the original outdrives with new OceanX outdrives from the dealer. Total cost was around 38k, at the same time I replaced both fuel pumps, steering cables and actuator, both starters, and 1 alternator. Since then i have done some repairs and upgrades. Some of these include a new hot water heater this hear, new spark plugs, new depth finder, new engine hatch actuator, upgraded cabin recess lighting to full RGB LEDs (dimmable), new bilge pumps, plus a few other minor things. I am selling due to some financial needs for the family. I absolutely love the layout of this boat. It is far more comfortable than larger ones I have owned in the past. 10 People can hang out and eat comfortably in the cabin alone! The interior (fabric) of the boat is in great shape with only some minor wear in the cockpit area. Okay so things that it needs soon. It is time for an oil change on the two engines and the out drives. It also has not been pulled out of the water this season to have the bottom washed (we get algae build up in Texas lakes). The gauges on the dash are faded from the sun and could use updating but work just fine. The Central A/C has worked wonderfully all summer (even as hot as it has been) It also has central heat as well. The generator is a Kholer 5e and has had a new pump and housing installed, it works flawlessly as well and is very efficient. It is currently docked at Lake Ray Hubbard in the Dallas, TX area. If you wish to keep it here the slip is $625 a month and includes utilities. I do have a trailer that has only been used a few times that I will include in the sale at asking price. The boat also has a full camper canvas which I have never used and I do not know how it goes on. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
