The coach is too big for my wife and me so weve decided to sell this one quickly and get something a bit smaller. Ive been an RV owner for close to 30 years and started with a few different 5th wheels, a class C, than a Beaver coach and now this Country Coach. However, weve realized we just dont need one this size for us. It drives the best out of any coach I ever owned or driven through the 30 years Ive been RVing. While driving, I never got pushed around by any passing semi-trucks or blowing gusts of wind. The air ride suspension and Dynomax chassis glide you down the highway smoother than you can imagine and with 515 HP Caterpillar motor pushing me, having enough power was never an issue. The Rocky & Cascade Mountains were not a problem and I was towing my Ford F-150 pick-up. I know Ill miss having this kind of power!
The Tires are in good condition and we had them checked recently at a Les Schwab service location. They recommended new tires within the next year or no more than 10,000 miles.
I purchased the coach in May from a dealer down in Texas who was selling it on consignment for a doctor who basically parked it in his Barn for 10 years. Ive put on a little over 4,000 miles so now the engine is just starting to get broken in. Ill be looking for a Cat motor in my next coach too. Ive never heard an engine run so effortlessly. It runs so smooth I even have to put a note on the dash board reminding me Im towing my truck.
Have you ever owned a coach with heated floors? We took the coach up the west coast to Seattle to see our daughter shortly after buying it and ran into some colder weather along the way. The only time I used my slippers was to go outside. I parked them right up by the entrance and made coffee every morning in my bare feet. I really like this feature.
Before buying this coach we wanted to make sure we were going to buy one with every possible option a coach could ever have and this one was it. In 2004 Country Coach held nothing back so its everything you could want in a luxury suite coach.
Through the years Ive owned RVs, Ive looked through more option sheets than I care to remember and the only thing they forgot in this coach is the central vacuum system-no big deal.
Heres a partial options list: 3 Stage Jake Brake System, 10,000 LBS Towing Capability, Back-up & Side Cameras, adjustable & defrost side mirrors, Power Air Level System, Tag Axle Power Up Option, (2) 3,000 Watt Inverters, Hydro Hot Water System, Leather Interior, DBL Pane Windows, Combination Washer/Dryer, Power Window Awnings with Remote & Additional Power Outside Back Passenger side awning, 50 Amp Power Cord with Auto Reel-up & Remote, Outside Entertainment center-TV & Stereo, Compartment Storage heat with auto sensor. Call if you want a more detailed list of options but if you think of one, this coach will most likely have it!
Weve also added some additional storage to the Kitchen with the slide out pantry shelves and some pull out drawers. My wife loves to cook and I swear she owns every cooking pan known to mankind.
The coach is currently located in Lake Havasu City and we plan to be here for a while. So come on out and take a look & test drive this beautiful coach. I know you wont be disappointed.
