2001 Fleetwood Wilderness 5th wheel

　　Model: 30 5S/Bunkhouse/Northwest Edition

　　We have owned this RV for almost 4 years. It is nice shape, especially for its age. There are few repairs that it could use, but we are pricing it accordingly. If it doesn't sell soon, we will make those few repairs; at which time the price will increase to reflect. The hot water tank has a crack in it, but ALL lines and fittings have been tested and have no problems. The couch was removed by a previous owner, we had a sofa in the unit; but do not want to include it. The cosmetic issues consist of a few missing mini-blinds, some wear on the wallpaper in areas, worn carpet in areas and a few minor/small dents on the outside. This is any and everything that could be of issue for the next owner and we have priced this very low because we simply don't need it anymore.
