There is a reason you are looking at this vehicle and we all know
what that reason is. They have a reputation for running forever.
Whether that is mere speculation or science fact is up to debate
for some, lol. In all seriousness I had the oil changed with Royal
Purple HMX because it has special properties to help soften seals
internally and clean out the engine, while protecting your engine
better than standard oils. I used that with a Toyota oil filter.
Then changed the spark plugs and had the U-joint replaced as well.
The interior is in very clean shape for a vehicle this age and with
this mileage. That's more than likely is a sign of why it still
runs. Chances are good if they kept it this clean inside, the
maintenance was probably reasonably kept up. Exterior is finished
in a very rare Glacier Metallic color (although the paint needs a
refresh). That's kind of expected as Toyota wasn't known for their
stellar paint finishes. The body is in really good shape overall.
Painted, especially in this rare color, in this shape and running
like this they typically fetch $7000 plus. This is priced for a
quick sale!
