I am the first owner .

　　The Nomad Scout 308 is a 32 ft and sleeps 8.

　　It has a Queen short bed in the front, the pull out sleeper sofa and the two bunks.

　　It had the dinette booth which turned into a bed which was removed.

　　Dry weight is listed at 7900 lbs if I remember correctly

　　It has a full bathroom and shower.

　　The heat is floor ducted and the A/C is ceiling ducted

　　The slide out is hydraulically operated and works as it should

　　The battery is only about a year old.
