This is a 2001, 6.5' x 18', GVWR 12,500, 5-ton trailer used seasonally in the landscape industry to haul larger equipment.  From 2001 -2007 it was used several times a week from March-November. From 2007 - present, it was used perhaps once or twice a season.  It was kept outdoors uncovered.
