This 2000 Roadtrek 190 Versatile Class B camper van is customized to be perfect for one or two travelers! The engine is strong and reliable, and the van has been amazing as I drove it all over the US. It's quaint and cozy, with sunny skylights and lots of storage space, with a fully functional kitchenette and tiny bathroom. Non-smoking and pet-free.Rear dinette was removed to make room for a comfortable 6” thick full-sized memory foam mattress on a heavy-duty slat bed frame, with 15” of storage space underneath. Third seat was removed for extra storage room, and is the perfect location for a work desk or extra counter space. Front closet was converted to 4-shelf pantry, and coat hooks were added behind the driver's seat. A closet bar was added in back near the bed for clothing hangars, and two wall-hanging storage bags next to the bed. Owner was about to install a professionally-designed solar system, and all major solar components are included. Current electrical system is still stock, but rear coach batteries have been removed, and stock battery box has been upgraded to a custom heavy-duty steel double battery box to house 2 lithium batteries. Solar component cabinet needs to be completed.Dodge Maxivan 3500 base5.2L EFI V8 engine108,600 milesAutomatic transmissionRear wheel drive70” interior heightMichelin Agilis CrossClimate tires from Costco (w/ ~6000 miles on them)Stereo - AM/FM, cassette, CD player (no aux input)Cruise controlAll interior lights upgraded to LED bulbsRotating captain’s chairs (VERY comfortable!)Cloverleaf pedestal table (for between captain’s chairs)Privacy curtains on all windowsBug screens on side & rear windowsFanTastic roof ventOnan MicroLite 2.8 Kw gas generatorDometic Americana 3-way refrigerator (110v, 12v, LP)Amana Radarange 700w microwaveWedgwood 2-burner propane stovetop w/ hoodSuburban 16,000 BTU propane furnaceSuburban 12,000 BTU propane water heaterFedders 7,500 BTU air conditioner Thetford marine toilet Fiamma 11’ 6” retractable box awning6” x 54” x 72” full-size memory foam mattressRear-mounted full-sized spare tire with Continental tire coverClass IV 2” frame-mounted hitch receiver (10,000 lbs. tow weight)Custom heavy-duty steel double battery boxExterior driver-side storage compartment w/ outdoor shower hookup8 gal. propane tank34 gal. fresh water tank29 gal. grey water tank13 gal. black water tankSolar components included (paid $3912 total):Professionally designed solar wiring diagram & component list by RVSolarConsulting(dot)com ($250)“Managing 12 Volts” book, by Harold Barre ($12)Installed: NEW Renogy 300w 24v monocrystalline solar panel, already mounted on van roof ($404)NEW brackets & aluminum mounting rails ($75)Uninstalled:NEW (2) Lion Energy UT1300 lithium batteries, 105Ah each ($775 each)NEW Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 Solar Charge Controller w/ Bluetooth ($149)NEW Victron BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor w/ Bluetooth ($196)NEW Victron Orion-Tr Smart Isolated DC-DC 12/12-30A charger ($258)NEW Victron Lynx Distributor, 1000A Bus Bar ($223)NEW Victron Blue Smart IP65 Charger, 15A ($160)NEW Go Power TS30 - 30A Auto Transfer Switch ($256)NEW Renogy 2000w pure-sine inverter w/hardwire port ($325)NEW (2) Midnight Solar DIN mount DC breakers, 30A & 50A ($15 each)NEW (6) Victron Mega-Fuses ($4 each)Also included:NEW Kidde i9010 10-year smoke alarmNEW First Alert EZ Fire Spray extinguisherKid Elite 10 type B/C fire extinguisher (full)Backup camera w/ infraredWheel chocksLeveling rampsRoadtrek Owners Manual PDFs6 vintage country cassettes Issues:Roll-top tambour over TV cabinet needs to be replacedInterior shower faucet assembly needs to be replacedCabinet for solar components next to bed hasn’t been built yetFiberglass body skirt has been trimmed back near exhaust pipeOriginal owner attempted to glue carpet over side door stepsSmall crack in center of windshield behind rearview mirrorVinyl on passenger door armrest has been patched
