The RV has about 45K Miles, tires shocks, brakes are all in good working condition, the engine and tranny run great. We installed pergo (wood) flooring throughout, all appliances work well (stove, microwave, oven, heat, a/c units, & 7K Onan generator) Overall the coach is in good condition, it does have a few things that need repaired and at one point there was some water damage that has caused some peeling wood, etc. The items that need repaired are, Leveling jacks (needs a hydralic pump motor), speed odometer (wont go above forty) PVC pipe in bathroom. The coach does not have an awning or retractable entry steps. The slide-out needs reparied, it does open and can be used the way it is, however it takes two people and a manual push to open it.
