Very good condition Beaver Marquis Amethyst.  Rated one of the best RV's to own.  455HP Cat-12 Diesel Engine.  Allison automatic transmission.  Tires have 2020 date codes.  Batteries have 2 date codes.  Leather in excellent condition.  Paint has no checking and is in good shape.  Engine runs and drives good with less than 73,000 miles.  Two slideouts.  Hurricane (Aqua Hot) Diesel heat and hot water system.  Two bathrooms (bath and a half) with dual sinks and shower.  Centralized AC and heat work great.  Upgraded flat screen TV's and Sony stereo system.  Full sized Girard electric awning.  Motorized 50 amp cord reel.  Upgraded car stereo with apple play, android play.RV's runs excellent and ready to use, but is not perfect.  Some of the curtains have frayed ends from age.  There are two scratches on the outside bays that run across two bays on both sides.  There is misc dents here and there.  The 3m clear bra is no longer clear and needs replacement.  Some of the wood veneer (light color center) on the cabinets are starting to peel on the corners.  Some of the wood is faded in certain places.  The display monitor on the dash works but there are lines going through some of the characters.  There maybe other minor imperfections I've missed, so inspections are welcome.  For a 23 year old coach you can tell it was taken care of but to be perfect some needs will have to be addressed.  No problem is serious enough that you couldn't load the family up immediately and drive across the country.  This is one of the smoothest running coaches I've ever own.  ABSOLUTELY NO RUST.  This unit was owned in San Diego up until 2 years ago.  Feel free to call or text me at .  I have priced it lower than any coach I've seen online.  If you need pics of anything, just let me know.  Clear title in hand.  Thank You.$500 non refundable deposit required if purchased with Buy it Now.
