This camper is in good condition. It has mostly been renovated. I have put in new flooring and lenolium, built a new bed and replaced most of the paneling. At one time it leaked but the roof has been repaired and the camper has no leaks at all. It still could use a few minor things but everything that needs to be done I have the materials for and they go with it. I have no more time to put into it. It has a fridge that's works, gas stove, fully functonal bathroom, microwave, and sleeps 4-6 people. It does not have a water heater but one could be installed easily.
