I have 2 pairs of Dr. Zen diabetic shoes available. They are dimension 8.5 W Women/7.5 W Males. Both sets are the exact same design (Zennon velcro), one set is brown and the other black. The brown set was never worn. My mom tried to put on the black ones a couple of times and decided she didn't like the method they suit her feet. Both sets are in the original product packaging.
