Bella was half starved when I found her in a parking lot in Russellville , she is very sweet and loves attention , she has a few scars around her neck possible from abuse , she will never be abused again , she will only be loved , she is fully vetted and has been spayed . She is a Shoals Animal Advocates girl , she is looking for a home. All our fosters are spayed/neutered and UTD on vaccine. Pre-adoption application is required to assure that our previous pets will have the most loving and caring home/family.
