Vintage 1999 Kona Kaboom single speed. This bike is in excellent condition. I purchased this bike from the original owner a few years back as I was reminiscing about a similar single speed I had back in the day and saw this listed for sale locally. I was going to use it to ride around the neighborhood with my kids but quickly decided it was too nice for that use and it has been in storage since.As far as I can tell, this bike is completely original minus the headset, handlebar, stem, and grips. The headset was upgraded with a black Chris King and the stem an older Bontrager. Bars are generic riser and could be original. Grips are period correct Yeti. This bike has the original P2 fork, tires (with the hairs still present), RaceFace Turbine 180 mm crankset with Spot bashguard, Spot rear hub, Ritchey front hub, Mavic X221 rims and SDG saddle. The seat tube measures 15.5" c-c and 18" c-t. The top tube measures ~22" actual.There are no dings, dents, or big scratches in the frame and only a few very minor marks as pictured. The RaceFace cranks have minor marks on both arms and ends as pictured.Pedals in some pictures are NOT included.Please note ebay's shipping calculator seems to estimate high.
