Buy now to be ready for spring!Coleman Santee pop-up trailer - part of an estate sale.  No title (because of its age, no title is required in the state of CT).  Everything I know is detailed in this post - I was not the owner, I am the executor of the estate, so please understand I will not be able to answer specific questions beyond what is stated in this listing.After closer review of the plastic canopy, it probably could be replaced - new canopy cost is about $1,300 - $1,400.  The interior appears to be in good condition and no evidence of water penetration is apparent.  Trailer had been stored outdoors for a long time prior to recent move into a garage, so if there had been leaks, it would be evident.  Because It's been sitting a long time, I would expect it will need tires, and lights might need some attention.I tested the pop-up mechanism and it is in good working order - no apparent issues.  The interior seems to be intact, but I couldn't say for sure if it does or does not have any issues that would need to be addressed as I don't know anything about these trailers.
