Buy now to be ready for spring!Coleman Santee pop-up trailer - part of an estate sale. No title (because of its age, no title is required in the state of CT). Everything I know is detailed in this post - I was not the owner, I am the executor of the estate, so please understand I will not be able to answer specific questions beyond what is stated in this listing. After closer review of the plastic canopy, it probably could be replaced - new canopy cost is about $1,300 - $1,400. The interior appears to be in good condition and no evidence of water penetration is apparent. Trailer had been stored outdoors for a long time prior to recent move into a garage, so if there had been leaks, it would be evident. Because It's been sitting a long time, I would expect it will need tires, and lights might need some attention.I tested the pop-up mechanism and it is in good working order - no apparent issues. The interior seems to be intact, but I couldn't say for sure if it does or does not have any issues that would need to be addressed as I don't know anything about these trailers. Floor appears to be sound - no apparent issues. Add some nice memory foam mattresses, and it should be very comfortable. It appears to be plumbed for water (sink) and propane (cooking). It needs a thorough cleaning because the mice had been in it. The outside could use a good power-washing too.GVWR = 2,500 LbsGAWR = 2,200 LbsOverall it seems to be in good shape, but buyer accepts that the pop-up trailer is being offered as-is, without warrantee or guarantee. Buyer is responsible for pick-up and transport. Must be removed from current storage location within three days of purchase.Cash or PayPal only please.Item is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
