The exterior is still in excellent shape. The roofing was recently repainted with the RV roof paint from camping world. In the pictures there are one location that need little patch, the patch kit is inside the Recreational Vehicle. The interior is still in great shape besides routine use. The cabinets are all there, table, frig, dual sink, micro, stove, overhead A/C roof unit. The sofa boils down to make a bed, the dining location come together for a bed, there is a bed over the front drivers area that rests two with a ladder to gain access to resting area. The TV is old and need to just be updated to a more recent set. The bathroom area has a sink, toilet and stand shower. The Recreational Vehicle has a lot of storage inside and outside the RV.Mileage:48,600.
